The winner will have their art featured on a new Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund Shirt that raises funds for our region!

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States and D.C. who are at least 18 years old at time of entry, or under 18 with parental/guardian consent. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.Contest Period The contest begins on October 7, 2025, and will run for 45 days (the “Contest Period”). Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund reserves the right to extend or shorten the
Contest Period at its discretion. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EST on the posted end date.
How to Enter Entrants must submit their design through the official submission form provided on this page during the Contest Period. Limit of three (3) entries per person.
Submission Requirements: By submitting a design, you represent and warrant that: The design is your original work and does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party (including copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights). The design has not been previously published, distributed, or submitted to another competition. You will indemnify and hold harmless Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund, its affiliates, and partners against any claims arising from your submission.
Intellectual Property / Rights Granted: By submitting your design, you grant Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from your design, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for purposes including but not limited to merchandising, marketing, promotion, and fundraising. If your design is selected as the winning entry, you agree to assign all rights, title, and interest in the design to Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund upon acceptance of the prize, and to execute any documents reasonably required to perfect such assignment.
Prize: The winning design will be featured on official Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund merchandise. The winner will receive free merchandise featuring their design. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted.
Publicity Release: By entering, you grant Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund the right to use your name, likeness, and biographical information in connection with the competition, in all media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Liability Release: By participating, entrants release Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the competition or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
General Conditions: Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Fund reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms, to cancel or modify the competition at its discretion, and to select no winner if no suitable submissions are received.
